Upgrade from any version

Exchange 2003 has been around for a while, and migrations from 2003 to the 2013 are no longer supported, nor are migrations from 2007 to 2016. We are required to upgrade using an intermediate step. So its time to keep up with the evolution and either migration to exchange 2013/2016 now or think about a cloud solution (Office 365).
